Cannot connect to emma live chat
Hi everyone,
It looks like we cannot connect to Emma live chat this morning. I tried many times and it shows just a website to proceed relevant info. Have anyone has the same issues? Thank you

@Sali L @Charlie SC this is a just a pure guess. I live in Dallas area. yesterday whole day I had this issue and i tried almost every 1 hr. however today its working flawlessly for me. this tells me that - they are doing some deployments/outages by regions. what that means is - the servers will be up for certain regions while the other region servers will be on outage. I am saying this because - I do simmilar stuff and bring systems out by regions/servers. so if u live in indiana by default the IP routes to nearest server whcih is might in outage. based on this info. the chat will not work for you the whole day. but tomorrow it will work

Ask emma to confirm the date my case was received by non-local office. This office processing time is 38.5 months even double than NBC. I am not sure when it will be processed or it will be transferred back to NBC.

no I confirmed with other agent saying that still at field office. Emma is so confusing
