cancel asylum application.
hello all,
my husband applied for asylum before we met then he got the green card through marriage based adjustment of status. how can he cancel the asylum application please?

i agree with gods child
they withdraw my case automatically
they send me letter “saying we find you have green card based in marriage “
they gave me 30 days to respond if I want to continue if I don’t respond they will withdraw my case and they did .

@S K after they withdrew your case, does your online status still shows pending or something else? I mailed withdraw letter 5 months ago. haven’t received anything in the mail. I moved as well so I’m nervous that I could miss the letter. if the online status does not update, there’s no way for me to tell if my case is closed or not.
