Can you apply for a credit card with your EAD card?
Hi guys! I have been thinking about applying for a credit card. However, I am still waiting on the approval of my I-130 and I-485. The card I am looking at says I have to be a lawful US resident. So I’m not a 100% sure if I am allowed to apply for a credit card on my own 😅 Please let me know your thoughts! Thanks!!

I think you can apply as soon as you receive your ssn.

you don’t need to be a LPR. I have Mastercards and Amex from before this process. they just need SSN
