why it took so long? did they ask for RFE during this perid? and was your case status changed to actively being reviewed?

Wait for the email’s welcome letter with case ID and invoice ID from NVC in order to create an account then pay fees, fill form DS-260, upload I-864 and other required documents and wait for 2-3 months for consulate interview.

Dorna Navid I don’t know why it took so long. it was in the Texas service center and no they don’t ask for RFE and it was in case actively being review for 8 months.

Hi everybody ! Can someone help me why I can log in CEAC account after waiting for 3 days (72hours) as the email they told me (wait the system activated my account). Did I need to wait or ask (require) them? I don’t know how to contact them via phone or email. Thank you.
