can USCIS check I-9?
I’m thinking about leaving my job after a year, and wanting to get another job but skilled one, then whenever my pd is current or I get interviewed or RFE I’ll find the unskilled one. However, I have a concern about the I-9. Will USCIS check the I-9 and find out I have quit the unskilled job when I get interviewed or RFE? What do y’all think? What’s your plan after working 1 year!

At this point it is so hopeless, I have been working for almost 2 years in desperate and with this final action date movement, I think I’m going to work 1 more year until I may possibly be current. I don’t think anyone would want to recommend you to quit as it has some risks doing it
