Can someone please clear me on this
Does it mean that USCIS no longer process F4 cases? Since I've registered on this Lawfully app. I have not seen where someone posted that they have just approved his/her F4 case. This whole stuff is getting tiring. Upon they have reduced the processing months on F4 to 48 months, and I'm yet to see the result. Can someone please tell me what's happening? #i130 #f4

@Kenny Dude not to be pessimistic but this is a very very long process. I say that from living it. I applied for my sister if memory serves me correct in late 2007 / early 2008 and I got the NVC case # in 2010, so around a 2 year process a bit more but then you have to wait for the Visa category and this is the sad part she got the Invoice # in April 2023. So what I am saying for my sister she waited from 2008 to 2023 talk about a slow process can't get any slower

@R B This is truly a snail movement. I don't know why the process should take such a long time. That means it took 15 years for your sister's to mature. Most times the person will be above 45 years and won't be really useful for United States.

@Kenny Dude I agree it was very very slow but this how it was for my sister and I thought I share for what it is. I know every case is different but let me re-iterate the approval action I-797 was quick like within 1.5 years at that time but she had to wait for her Visa Category and till they got to her PD was April 2023

@Kenny Dude during covid 19 it was reported that 300 thousand visas were expired which resulted to backlog.. but right now no more backlog... keep your eye on visa bulletin
