can Someone help me
my i-360 is pending since December 2020, no any change sofar , my dad is sick and want to go see him , however my old Advance Pro expired, it was valid until June14,2023 . now I want to apply for new one, my mailling address is my attorney’s office address, usually whatever came I picked up from his office.

physical address 2a is going to my home address (On pageone)
part 3 is asking where do you want this travel document send (page3 ) BUT for this form there isn’t any option for mailing address which is going to my attorney office address , the only option is my physical address, my physical address is not safe address and don’t want make confuse uscis for my mailing adress . can someone help me by answering my question? what I have to do with this issue?

@hope gope If you have an attorney why he or she doesn’t made it clear for you? I always receive the letters to my address but I receive the combo card to my attorney’s address

@hope gope, even if you use your personal address, USCIS will still forward it to your attorney! so, I think you should relax, it happened to me twice and now I don’t worry about it anymore!

@Mrkvica M. he charged me 5000$ at beginning, for any form he asked me500$ , even for change of address, whenever I asked him to help , he told me go back to your own country, rudest person ever .

@lala lala @ reason I am worried, my address is temporary I might be move after that I don’t have access to this mailbox, other concern is if USCIS changes my mailing address from my attorney address to my address because of 131 , for future if uscis sends any mail here I can get them , because I am in share room with someone. last week I got sn car accident and my car was totaled lost . oh God please be nice to me ,

@hope gope i paid $8000 and whatever he needs to do i have to pay him $500. i am affraid that most of them are like that because they know that we can't do nothing about it

@hope gope I completely understand your frustration and pain but please don’t worry about your address, USCIS may mail you a copy of your receipt notice but once it comes to your real documents, it goes straight to your attorney, I am talking from experience, I have done that many times and that’s it. Until you change your attorney by yourself, All your documents goes to them. You will always receive your notifications through this app or through other USCIS Appand you follow up with the deliveries! like for me, once I get notifications, I reach out to my attorney and let them know that my mail is on its way to them. Forget about that and focus on your well-being! I have done it many times

@hope gope just go to USPS and start mail forwarding your mails to your address. I did that and that works for me, usps always forwarded it to my home address
