Can somebody help
I received RFE on 3/22/23 for my I 130. I sent my birthcert in 3 days to uscis in response to the RFE then noted that my birthcert only have one last name of my mom. She has two last names which is what I used for all her documents. eg birthcert has only one last name which is Davidson. Meanwhile she always write Davidson- Arthur.I don’t know how that happened cos my main birthcert from birth was missing so I made a new one in 2012. I need help ASAP cos I don’t want uscis to deny my petition am going crazy right now.

Not a legal advice but a similar issue happened to me with last name stuff, just write a letter explaining the situation and send it with documents you are submitting in an honest way and hope for the best. it might take extra time from them to review but hopefully they will approve it after that.
