can I go freely to San Diego while Vawa case is pending
I got an invitation to go to El Cajon to a Cassini I want to go with my friends but I just filed Vawa so it’s pending, can I be around that area without a problem? can someone tell me

you can travel anywhere within the country (and out the country if you have your advanced parole) filing vawa don't stop you from doing that

@Maria I With or without VAWA approval or even pending you can travel. Even if you are undocumented you can travel but not in bus or place but somebody can drop you. 😊
