I think someone ill in the family can fall under grounds to expedite. You’ll need a doctors note saying your grandma is sick explaining her health and also a translation of that letter, the birth certificates, to prove family relationship. I really hope you get it so you can be there with your loved one 🙏🏻

I got approval on i131 bc the same reason as you. I did message with a live agent through Emma and then less than a month after they approved my i131 without any RFE.
