Can I file I-130 without hiring an attorney?
Can I file I-130 for my spouse my self without attorney representation? my wife is abroad and only I-130 can be filled here in US. The rest of the process can only continue in US embassy abroad after I-140 approval. Besides, the online I-130 filling process on USCIS website seem to be very detailed and easy-to-follow. while I understand that the approval of I-130 is a long wait, do you think it is worth paying for attorney over 3 thousand dollars? what is your take on this?

yes u can just download and full out the form correctly u can look at YouTube videos for help if u need help understanding it

@Jeremy J you can filed it by yourself online! application is easy, just follow the instructions and submit all proof of marriage you hve!
