was your I-485 denied.... and when did submit your i-290B

@e.c.b.b my i-485 was denied too due to uscis didn't get my medical which I submitted since may 24th... my case was denied 10/05/2023, I already submitted my i-290B together with evidences to show that I earlier submitted the medical.

@favour 2023 I got receipt after two weeks from submitting. We sent tracking number that showed they have to receive it, copy of medical, cover letter and check $675 of course. What about you?

@Lana P ,I sent a copy of my previous medical, usps receipt with tracking number, print out my chat with uscis live representative tru emma,a covering letter from my attorney and I also wrote a letter and attached all before I sent it. Sent it 10/26/2023 and got receipt on 11/01/2023 waiting anxiously for approval soon.

@favour 2023 one of my friends who works in uscis told that she never seen the answer for 290 earlier than 6 months. And they do not have processing time frame.

@Lana P it may be true,they don't have processing time but I have seen someone on this platform who got his own approved after 52 days from date of submission. Let's just put our faith in God's hand, it may come early. Am hoping for a beautiful Christmas gift from uscis.

@Q.n..E k yes I have a lawyer but we already submitted form i-290b which uscis receive on 11/01/2023 and a receipt notice was sent to me. Did you expedite your i-290b or what did you do. And why was your i-485 denied.

@Lana p definitely you will be updated, my I-290B is now 135days since uscis received it and am hoping for approval soon.

@Lana p have you tried reaching out to uscis, because I did and a service request was raised, I got a message 4 days later that my request has been forwarded to an officer for response.

@favour 2023 I called them. But they told to write a mail to Vermont. Did you ask about 290 or 485? How did you ask them?

@Lana p I asked about my I-290B through emma and I was connected to a live agent who help in raising the SR and said if I didn't get nothing within the next 30 working days I can reach back again and the 30days will be completed on 03/28/2024
