Can I attend an interview with my 3 year old?
Hi?
My interview date is approching I-485.
Can I come with my 3 year old?
It is going to be at Troy, MI field office.

yes , but I suggest you not to do so because kids will do interruptions while talking to the officer. No can do ❗️

@H J Easiest way to get an unintended stokes interview or piss an officer off. Please get a sitter or drop your baby off with a family member.

yes you can, there is no problem with it, a lot of people bring their kids, and it’s also live proof of marriage

bring your baby ....I had 2 babies 2 year old and 8 months old and I was going through this and I had no family only my mother in law she had to cancel her work and move to our house in another city the following day before the interview. if I don't have her I would have brought my kids because a lot of people I ask the told me to bring my kids it makes it easier ... when I went to the interview there was so much people with their kids and stroller . baby crying and walking up and down ..... just have your kids accupied with something a toy a puzzle a pen and paper crayons , games that has no sound to it books ,anything that will distract them enough for at least 15 to 30 mins .....you'll be alrite alot of people don't use day care are any nanny ...

Yes you should I wish I had bring my new born to my interview I didn’t and the officer asked for my baby I told him he is at home after the interview they requested his birth paper that was last year I responded to Rfe ever since then I have not received any response
