Can anything be done to expedite Advance Parole?
I’ve an important trip coming at the end of October, already purchased flights. my 131 was filed May 2022, they updated biometrics in August 2022, and no news since then. (Texas center)
EAD was approved November 2022. and my 140 was approved 3 weeks ago. now only waiting on 485 (recently transferred to National Benefits Center)
Attorney told me nothing can be done to expedite. I will try calling them tomorrow.
Anyone with a similar experience?

not as bad as yours but waiting for about 10 months since filing. received was just like hundreds of other people.

I have I-140 approved 6 months ago and waiting for I-131 280 days already. I chatted with (Emma) live agent today because I have an important conference, but she told me I’m not eligible for expedite request

my husband has also tried to make the expite for emma and call and nothing. there is also the i-131 in Texas service center

if it’s an emergency apply for emergency AP! if it’s not an emergency but you have a reason try to make a normal expedite request using Emma live chat.

Hi! Same thing here! our timeline is very similar. I got my ead card first last August, it was pretty soon. But I heard nothing about my Parole card. I applied them as combo card.My attorney found it’s weird, but he can’t do anything.
