Can anyone advise how soon can you expect to get an interview date in Jamaica if your spouse recently becomes a Citizen and your petition has been updated for the past 2 months.
- last response Fr NVC state we were documentary qualified since Nov 2022 and then I got another email stating that the petition as been upgraded from f2A to IR1
- so we wish to know if anyone has any idea as to how soon can we expect to get an interview date my spouse became a citizen in June 2023.

@ that's a good sign your has been upgraded to 1R1, but it's just a waiting game, just trust in God that you'll have a interview scheduled soon. best of luck

@Nox Royce my petition is approved already by uscis, it’s currently at NVC I updated for NVC using the public inquiry form but will send you the link to do so for uscis.

@AK rai I sent in the evidence which was my husband certificate of naturalization on June 27,2023 and the sent a confirmation email that is was upgraded on July 3,2023.

@A H i send them i130 petition paper file. that’s why may be they dont send me any email and delay the process.. i try to contact them through emma and call. bt they r very rude😂

your husband received his interview letter by now if document qualified in November. they are already at November 22,2022

@jj jj ok good. what do you need understanding on? you can post anonymously to ask questions or post whatever questions you need answers to. but it’s a section called feature. you can search through before asking to see if your answer is there because sometimes people ask the same thing 5x and it’s already posted lol but I can help with the question
