no, I did that in the past and denied.. waited for my wife to become USC. unless you want to apply for 601A and do the process over consular..

NO... The spouse has to be a US Citizen.

no, you can not. the spouse will have to return to their home country. only a citizen can file and their spouse will remain in the states

why are you all saying no without proper research @Inspire Inspire Yes you can file but you have to also fill i-601a with your application which is a waiver to forgive the unlawful staying.
