Did you try contacting USCIS?

On the USCIS processing times page, choose your form, category and office, then go below ⬇️ the questions on the same page and where it says (when is your receipt date), write your priority date and click “get inquiry.” date” after that. They will give you a date on which you can contact them, ask about your case and receive your approval. That is only possible when the date they give you arrives because they understand that it is already outside the processing times.

Also when the date that they give you arrives you can go to the uscis page, click 1- menu -2 tools 3- uscis tools and resources 4- E request 5- case outside normal processing time 6- Fill out the form below, do not paste your receipt date, write it letter by letter and fill out everything else and send it. Finally if you can send successfully you will get your approval in a couple of days.

That can only be done when the date they gave you arrives and yours is now in November, look for it as I explained in the comment above and then you will know when to do what I told you in the second comment. I haven't done it yet because my date arrives in December.

I know that the waiting is depressing because I have more than 16 waiting for my approval in California. I hope my comments can help you successfully and If not look for videos in YouTube.

@Maria pimentel uploading additional documents for me that worked, also I tried expedite my case and yes I got approved after 3 days

I got approved a month later after I uploaded my documents. that was after I waited the whole year.

@Maria pimentel @Na geta Thank you. I checked and I’ll be able to submit a request in 2 more weeks. In July I did upload additional docs.. I’ll wait 2 more and submit an inquiry.
