I also called yesterday and found out it was moved from Texas to Cali. Supposedly Cali is faster, but I've seen sooo many cases behind by 18+ months at CSC. ugh!

@julieG I think that might be due to Covid. I hope the best for my fellow petitioner and I hope everyone is United with there love ones!

ok, I just tried again now, like 4 different times and i said “case information”. then it says I can be helped with my case status and it asked for my reciept numbers and it gave me the same BS- actively been reviewed. It never took me to talk to a live agent.

try the phrase ‘’ infopass appoitment’’

@Humaira… well, they said, despite the fact that my case is outside normal processing time on paper, they can’t do anything until October, when I’m free to file for an outside processing time case. I’m just tired already. When October comes, they’ll have something else to say. My case was moved from Nebraska to Vermont without telling me, I got to know months after…and now this 🤦‍♂️

I think if your able maybe consult with a lawyer on this app. they might be able to provide some useful information and option!
