when you called and the operator is talking to you,ignore it and say “info-pass “ an agent will respond

@estrella lopez Here’s the # +1 (800) 375-5283 for uscis. When you call the number, list to end when the operation say ‘what can i help you with’ you will then say INFO PASS. Then you will be connected to an agent in less then 2mins.
