call in letter
Hello all, my husband and I received a G-56 (call in letter) today. They asked us to come next month and ask for a specific officer regarding our form i130. out of is Feb 22, 2020. they requested for rfe on i130 and was turned in March 2021. we had interview that was super smooth in December 2021. Our cad has been under review till now. what does ‘call in letter mean?’ what does DHS FORM G-56 mean? has anyone experienced this? what should we expect? #texas #tsc

they properly denied his case and want to process him for removal proceeding. you should get an immigration lawyer that has experience with deportation cases

“ call in letter” means the interviewing officer was not convince about the legitimacy of your marriage while G-56 form is a form from ICE asking you to see an agent about “an official matter”

Do not go to the G 56 meeting! you might be arrested and detained by ICE and place in deportation process. find a very good deportation lawyer and if the time is short, send in an excuse now while you find a lawyer! This is serious!!!!

@Victory Victory do not tell her not to go if the form is telling her that her and her husband have to go they have to go do not scare her because g-56 does not only mean that

a call in letter is used clear some confusion in your background check or sign some documents that you left unsigned. . IT IS NOT A STOKE INTERVIEW
Mercyful GodMar 25, 2022
call in letter is a stoke interview, just prepare for separation and the ready to answer the questions very correctly and they should be no descripancies. don’t worry yourself just be well prepared and with joint documents to prove is a Bonofide marriage that’s all

Hello ... My husband was approved for his green card back in March of this year, but they told him he needed to retake the medical exam and send it as the other one had expired. He had it done and mailed it in and was received on April 1st of this year. They just went through it a week ago and this last Wednesday he got a call in letter also and all it says is Q&A of AOS. Just bring our IDs. I'm having a very bad feeling about this. Three weeks ago he got very drunk and was fighting and yelling at me. He kicked the dining room table and chairs and I'm thinking hitting the walls ( I was in our room ). Well the neighbors called the cops on him because they thought he was hitting me, although he wasn't, but they brought in a lady that works with abused women and asked me where my husband was from. I answered her question. I have a feeling they reported this to USCIS and he will be removed, because he had already been approved and we were just waiting on the approval of his medical exam. Any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance.
