how long after requesting a call back from a tier 2 officer do they actually call?

@Jamaican princess 🇯🇲 most of the Time they will respond by email and they will Saus this ( your case is pending within the normal processing times).
personal experience the tier 2 officer called me after the fourth call requested and it was after 2 weeks
