California service centre processing time (filing for brother or sister)
I just watched a video on “US Immigration update” channel on YouTube and its says that as of sep 27, 2021 California service center is processing the petition that were received on or after dec 31,2011 But I checked the USCIS website and it still shows Aug 24,2007. So is it a error or is it true that California timeline has drastically changed from 2007 to 2011?
