@M C He is not very convinced about K3, but I am going to San Diego in two weeks and there we are going to see this issue together. 🙏🏻. We will also try to speak with an live agent through Emma to see if our case is still in Texas, also see my son's case is the two I-130 forms 🙌🏻🙌🏻

@C L i have seen quite a few people filing K3 and as a result having their I-130 looked at, and approved! so we will see. great that you can go and visit 😊 our case was originally in Texas and then transferred to California. it would make sense your case is in California too since your spouse is living there. which is great actually because they’ve updated the processing times for USC filing I-130 at that center now it’s about 6,5 to 8,5 months to get an approved! so we are both very close 🙏

@Ayesha I travel without problems with my B1/B2 visa and when I arrive next to the immigration officer at the airport, I tell him that I am coming to visit my husband, who is an American citizen, that I am staying for 20 days to 30 days while we wait for the Green Card. . They are always very friendly and of course I have with me the flight ticket back to my country. I am from Paraguay.

@C L why don’t you register your marriage in US and apply for status adjustment?

@Munawar we got married in San Diego last year, but we decided to do it this way. Because I had to get permission first to be able to take my son with me, thank God my ex-husband signed the documents. But the point is that once you enter the United States and ask for adjustment of status... you don't know when you're going to leave either. and my son must come to my country once a year to be with his father on vacation. That's why we decided to go in that way and so we can have a green card and be able to leave and enter the United States without problems.

Sometimes the status adjustment also takes a long time.,..
