Me too a wait TayaMar 15, 2022
even the receipt inquiry for my case with my fiancรฉ has back dated to Feb 17 2021 . this app is misleading

wish I had good news for you but it seems every 2 or 4 weeks they add another month to the processing time. this was a 6 to 9 month process when we started and now Iโm at 345 days. only thing you can down is be prepared for the long haul and keep your spirits up.

this app doesn't determine the back dating. they simply mirror what the official uscis website says. you can see the same information if you want from the uscis site if you click on processing times i-129f California office.

my problem is with the uscis and the California office in particular its back dated now to February twice. to me that means they are hardly moving these cases. California needs to get over themselves and get back to work like the rest of the country.

I filed may 18 2021. has not moved 1 inch you gotta be ready for a long wait.

@Raymond is it the K1 visa and has yours been approved now
yuniet rodriguezMar 16, 2022
True, it works very far behind the other offices, the most backward and I do not think that the population level or number of prosecutions will be much higher in percentage than the others, Pitifully

I'm writing to everyone about any case that you have pending. Please take the time to write your local congressman about your pending USCIS case. We need to put pressure on this system. Look up your local congressman, they should have a web page where you can discuss an issue. Choose immigration or anything close and give a brief description of your case. Include your case #. We need to band together to create change. SPREAD THE WORD! Do this today lets help each other out.
