I feel your pain!. I’m also waiting for California- November 17th 2021. I hope they start processing IR1/CR1’s again soon. they are prioritising employment based visas at the moment.

Same cali sc and pd oct 5th
They are processing September cases. I just saw in visa journey an approuval with sept10th. They are too slow its ridiculous. Hang In There and keep us updated

@David Basom - apparently the employment visa allocation has to been used by September 30th each year, which is why the employment visas are getting approved quickly. I’m hoping after sept 30th they will concentrate on family based visas again.

@Emmy thanks. The government is one of the most inefficient organizations lol. Like hire more people or streamline the process.

@ David Basom I agree completely, their system just doesn’t seem to work. It’s so frustrating, let’s hope next month they concentrate on family based visas 🤞🏻🙏
