@opo opi yes it is to transfer the NVC, but some people got approved with 40, 42 days at California, it does seem long so i have to wait another month

how you file your i824 ? i need to file for my parents approved i130. so if i file i824 as a petitioner i have to sign as an applicant in signature section in part 4?

just fot mine approved today at cali service center. exactly 100 days. 10/10/22 PD i wonder how fast nvc letter will come? anybody?

ok that is a good sign for me my PD is 10/25/2022 so that means i will be getting approved in 2 weeks maybe. NVC will send you the letter in 3 days

hey, sorry i don’t understand your question. they will assign the embassy according to your documents, i think. but if you wish to change it, upon recieving your case number, you can request it thru public inquiry of NVC
