lily I believe you are right! at California service center approval is around inquiry date. my inquiry date is 2/14/23, but I already have my paperwork fill it to ask my congressman for help in case I need it.

my inquiry date is late April but my NOA1 was December 3rd - I’m going to be FURIOUS if I have to wait that long because that’s simply “when my inquiry date is.” I thought everyone had the same timeframe for inquiry dates!
