I have been calling them every other day, I haven't got a single response about the expedite request. All they say is, it's going to be processed. My request through congressman was denied. Hopefully you hear something soon :)

@Govi Patel did USCIS tell you which month they're working on? I asked when I called but agent just said look at the processing times, I don't think processing times are correct on the website.

Seems like Feb 2021 is still pending. I wonder if anyone from Dec 2020 or January have received it

update here, my request through congress was aproved. make aure to go through your senator for help and provide prove like mortgage payments losing your job etc

Feb 5 RD, been 356 days, no updates. I call uscis everyday talk to a tier 1 and they basically read out a script, not helpful at all. I have 2 service request open which they never responded to. Never met their SLA.

UPDATE: Case changed to being actively reviewed by USCIS

@in_search_of answers keep up with the follow up. I was doing that twice a day for the past 10 days. I involved my congressman again also. Keep on pushing. Best of lucks :)

@monica Ik you have contacted ur congressman but ask them if they can reach out again stating the outside normal processing time and while doing that follow up on your own twice a day phone and Emma, that’s what worked for me I guess. Wishing you best of luck :)

I tried to call and online chat but they said I need to wait at least 30 days for my previous “outside of processing time” e-request before I do other actions.

@Z M, I believe so, I contacted my congressman and informed him about the outside normal processing time and to make the request based on that fact. The first two request were denied but I got lucky on the third one.

We just gotta keep pushing I guess. I have a tier 2 agent call back scheduled for tomorrow. Any advice? My EAD is pending since Feb 19th.

Wondering how to get tier 2 agent call? every time when I called, I get the same result for just waiting for longer, or they will help to submit e-request.

You can emphasize on financial loss and insist on providing evidence, I never got those calls from tier 2 officer. My approach was to contact them twice a day, one by phone one by chat until something changes on my case. After doing that for 10 days, I reached out to my congressman and explained my situation. I asked him if he can specifically request to expedite based on the outside normal processing time, He did exactly that and after 3 days Case was being actively reviewed and 2 days later, card is being produced.

thank you I’ll do that. mine would be outside of processing times by tomorrow (they keep updating the dates in the website). I’ll mention that as well

@ Mónica h. When you call tell them you would like to speak with a tier 2 agent and they schedule it for you (takes 30 days for them to call them unless your case is urgent)
