business trip to china
Is it safe to go on a business trip with a EAD combo card with advance parole? will I face any troubles coming back?
I’m in a pending VAWA since April 2021.

@roxy Dee yes they did. The first agent who took my fingerprint and photo escorted me to the next room looks like a detention room lol... i was there for 45 mins because the room was full. I was so nervous, but the agent didnt ask anything except for my address. He stamped it and I got out of that room as fast as i can lol...

@ryo mori can I ask if you used the AP you got from you i130 application or you got it from the VAWA application? cos my i485 just got denied! they didn’t hold it in abeyance like I asked them to. so I’m having to apply for a new i485 tomorrow

@roxy Dee hello, we submitted i 130 based on marriage to USC. I’m sorry to hear that it got denied, but probably its filing errors or u need to submit more evidences. Hopefully you get approval soon once you reapply. Goodluck to all of us.
