some case goes to field some just nSc hopefully soon you will get approval what’s your pd?

gives me some hope — no status update yet but PD is April 2023, EB2, receipt date is october 2024

just talked to Emma live agent and she said that my case is still at NBC and they are still reviewing. not sure what that means lol

did you tried talking to live agent? usually live agent is able to tell more details

@Usman Raza i asked the agent what does that mean and they said that it is under review and it’s not necessary that online status would update with that. maybe i am asking the wrong questions

yes I did within 45 days of application

@green girl same, i received it in 47 days after submitting the application — no progress on AP and i-485. don’t really need AP as i have h-1b for next three years via i-140

got approved today
