08/2021 just got RFE for medical June, already sent it over 2 weeks ago and no updates about them receiving it yet, no interview either as I was told it was waived. in less than a month it'll make 2 long years!!!

I’m in the same ship with you , I filed 08/21 and still no green card , I received my EAD on march 3rd 2022 and my case was never updated until March 1st 2023 saying that my i130 and i485 was changed to being actively reviewed ( my i130 still haven’t made any changes after then ) I got a RFE on April 28th for my medical and I sent it in a few days later and then the uscis updated my case again to RFE received and case is being worked on again , in two day it’ll be 60 days since they received my RFE response and still no other update , august 3rd will be 2 years since I filed . it’s a long drawn out process abd I can’t wait for it to be done , I have a friend that filed February 2022 and got her green card approved three months ago , and I’m still waiting

I submitted September 2022. was told my I-485 was sent to Queens FO. I'm seeing that their average processing times are 34 months 😳. We're nearing September once again and I have yet to receive a RFE for my medical. Even to get my EAD was a struggle and months of wait and failed expedited requests. If wasn't for the tier officer I would still be waiting

my pd is 10/21 and I am scheduled for an interview in 3 weeks. The delays at this field office is absolutely unacceptable.
