I’m having to file for reconsideration or an appeal. Not sure which. I was denied for failure to provide requested information “my proof of presence”. In my defense the request never said anything about my proof, just my father. I was waiting for National records to send his DD-214 which arrived 2 months after the denial. I’m disabled and have been on SSI since 2015, and in country since 1981. I’ve never had a passport. Due to changes, the state refuses to issue me an identification card, I have not had a valid ID since 2018, which makes getting anything done almost impossible.
