Bona Fide marriage RFE
hello, we received an RFE to prove that our marriage is legit and not for immigration. We only did a court house marriage with no formal wedding so don't have formal wedding photos but have everything else they are requesting including Affadavits. We have been married 1Y 9M. two questions:
1) given I don't have wedding photos, will this make it more likely to get denied? how can I avoid this?
2) if I got an RFE on my I30, does that mean my i31 travel AP won't get approved until this is submitted and received?
finally, if anyone else has experience with this kind of RFE please let me know how it went!

@d p Send other photos of you both on trips or dinner, affidavit from friends saying that the know ur relationship is real. Any shared bills etc!

I did too and have no pictures of my wedding as it was in court house. I haven’t gotten any RFE my pd is nov 8. we have a lot of pictures together etc

@d p If you got an RFE for marital evidence, it means you filed a thin case. This is an opportunity for you to overwhelm them with weighty evidence. You need to show very significant financial comingling, did you file taxes together? Checking/savings accounts together? Credit card together? all types of insurance together? own properties together? Affidavits and pictures don’t carry much wait so you can add them but they shouldn’t constitute the majority of your evidence. Also, an RFE puts all other adjoining cases on pause.
