“Notice pending” means U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has accepted your biometrics reschedule request and is generating the new appointment notice. The updated letter is not ready yet, which is why you can’t print anything. Check your USCIS online account (Documents tab) daily. Once the new I-797C biometrics notice is issued, it will appear there as a PDF.
