Biometrics Notice Never Received and Appointment Missed
I am this endless loop with USCIS. They say they sent the Biometrics Notice for me and my partner, and scheduled the appointment. Neither my partner or I received our separate Biometrics Notices, and so we missed the appointment. Each time I call USCIS or speak to a Live Agent, I get told different information about whether or not a new Biometrics Appointment will be scheduled, and how long it will take. So far, no new appointment has been scheduled and the agents are refusing to schedule a new appointment. I've asked to speak to a Tier 2 agent without any success. Any tips?

Thank you @MC MF. I did create an online USCIS account (so did my partner) but our Biometrics Notice doesn't appear there. My I-485 status simply states it's been received. I can't actually access any notices from the USCIS online account. Is that the same account you are referring to: https://my.uscis.gov/

Thank you @Jenn but I don't see a "document" tab. I see "Case", "Case Status" and "Case History" but no documents anywhere

That could be the case. Also if you open the account through access code they mail to you that comes with documents available as well. My friend who opens her own didn't see any document available to her.

@David - I did some googling last night and it seems that if you filed documents electronically, when you open a USCIS account, you have access to the "Documents" tab. But, if you filed paper documents by the post (like me), and opened up a USCIS account, you don't have access to the "Documents" tab :(

@mc mf - ah gotcha, thank you. It'd be great if there was consistency. When I call or live chat with USCIS the agents always say, "you can access your documents online" and I keep saying I can't.
