when did you file your case and what’s your service center I personally have not heard of something like this but I hear that they are going back to normal where they request for in person biometrics now even if they were waved. I filed mine in January and have a biometrics scheduled this month never received a waiver though

I filed in Vermont, I had my biometrics reused from previous time and my case approved,

then that’s strange you should call them because you should be receiving your green card not biometrics appointment 🙄

I did receive my 10 year green card a couple days after my case was approved!

i did not file VAWA. my case was normal joint filer

10/6/20 - case submitted 6/3/21 - biometrics updated 6/4/21 - card produced 6/8/21 - case approved 7/8/21- notice for biometrics appointment

They literally processed your case in 5 days. otherwise the file just sat there for 8 months. Congratulations mate
