yes at NBC. you should probably get it in less than a week. they sent me an RFIE on Monday and still haven't gotten it. maybe today. usually it doesn't take more than a week to get notices.

mine has been on case was received and I already got my notice about 2 weeks ago but since then nothing about biometrics. does it take longer than that ?

it took 7 1/2 months for me to get biometric appointment. the norm now seems to be 5 to 7 months sometimes longer

I feel you Claire, my local field office is Tampa Florida where so many people are saying it’s going real smooth & fast out there if that’s the case. But I guess will just keep waiting for an update.

I sent my paperwork 09/29/2020 and got my biometrics for Feb 17 2021. I haven't received my EAD or any notice that is approved... and my case is at NBC too

I filed in early January, got the notice of action in late January, and have been waiting for biometrics since then.

Received my work permit in 8 days though. Still waiting on my interview date.

yes it's super crazy in NY. My spouse and I will be moving to Florida soon and we were wondering if we should transfer the case to there or just wait it out here.

That's what we were thinking and we were also thinking that what if we changed the address and the same week we get a letter in NY stating that the interview was scheduled and then they would cancel it after we change the address to the Florida. 🤦‍♀️

I feel you, just lmk if you need help out here on where to move and all that. 💯 Interview might take a month or 2 if you lucky in NY. I used to live there before and know they are so backlogged and relaxed about it.

@ali ... you can get a case review now but also get your Congress person to look into it and it’ll suddenly get moving.
