The same bio is applied to both 485 and 765.

K Z I am not sure if the same bio is applied to both apllications? On the notice it says for which application and in my case it’s 485. Moreover, the customer support agents at USCIS told me several times that my bio for 765 has been reused.

can’t you claim out of normal processing time?

did two days ago, but I am not expecting anything much out of it expect the standard bull crap “your case is in line for adjudication, cases are processed at the order in which they were received, please wait”. K Z you were right about the bio being used for both application, my lawyer confirmed it

@uros …did your cases for i485 and i765 update with biometric info being taken? I had my bios on Monday (13 Dec 2021) and no seeing any updates yet? fyi my bio appointment letter also just stated i485, same as you.
