No, your case is different from pathway, I think they will cleared all the pending cases with them, just relaxed

I would assume you can! If there’s something you qualify for you should.... just to be on the safe side.

The pathway would take longer tho...No?😕 I heard the bill was an 8yr process, you would have to wait 5yrs before u can get a green card then 3yrs later you can apply for citizenship....unless a you’re a DACA recipient or an asylum seeker or something you’ll get green card right away.... (correct me if I’m wrong but that’s what I understood from it)

Kellz, Not sure of the details. On YouTube it did say there are qualifying factors for each scenario. I was only concerned about the backlog in employment based catagory as my case sits in that area of the bill. You might be right....there are many moving parts to the bill.
