for those who had their removal order terminated at BIA, how long did it take for a decision from when the motion was submitted? timeline for joint motion and non joint motion & whether you had approved or pending I-130, please šš»

@R M hi R M, my attorney submitted motion to recalendar and terminate (not joint) and it was received 11/8/24. I havenāt heard anything since!

Iāll be honest with you I donāt know what state you are, but Iām in Georgia. When 1-30 was bending, didnāt granted But after three months, I got 130 proved we try again with motion to terminate this time it was granted after three months

@abdul aziz Hi Abdul, was your case at immigration judge level or the BIA level? also, did you do joint motion or no joint? Iām in CA. thanks for sharing your timeline! I submitted my i130 Oct 8 so itāll be pending for a while š
