BIA timeline?
Hi, I was wondering if anyone has any insight on when BIA usually responds to joint motions for admin closed cases. It is coming up on two months since my joint motion was filed.

BIA has an unknown timeline unfortunately, it can range from a few weeks to years :( Trump recently “reassigned” 13 BIA judges so out of 28, only 15 are now available to make immigration cases decisions 😭

@E L wow had no idea that had been done. Makes sense why I still haven’t heard anything back yet even tho it’s a joint motion
