Best thing to do
hello, I am doing eb-3 process, currently I’m in US and my labor is approved. I am going to file i-140 and put my spouse name in it as well. So can she get her student visa if her name is on my I-140 application. My priority date is from year 2022 as we all know its going to take a while for Eb-3 process. so what is the best solution for her to come here and put Aos application along with me?

you should let her file I-539 to change from B1/B2 first then file the I-140 then

if you apply her in the i-140 there is a presumption of “immigrant intent”. If she files for an f1 visa with i-140 then it limits here chances of getting approved. If she has a tourist visa let her come and apply for a change of status in the US
