do you have a 2 year or 10 year green card? it’s very important you keep proof of all your husbands messages if it’s 2 years. Either way you need to leave this situation not for ur self but for ur child

once your go has been approved and received, don’t worry. find a place to move and write USCIS for replacement. he can’t do anything at this point. in fact, find a lawyer to handle your husband and teach him what the law

I don't recommend putting him on child support. Some men react very negatively towards that and he has put you through so much already. No telling how he will react towards you.

what, the man said you're on your own and I don't want your son here anymore. I'm an American and I wouldn't never say that. Your kids are always first no matter what. She needs to show her kids how to stand tall and your kids in the future are first no matter what. He even took her Green Card, can you put yourself in her shoes, how she felt, and how her son felt.
