same boat, someone suggested to reach out to your congressman. i did but they haven't given me update. you can also put in a request for case outside of processing time

@saif k I’m feb2021 and i reach out to my congresswoman september 1 2023. She got back to me in a week and found out that, dec29 2022 they said they send me RFE for medical.. The worker lie because i never got it, only what they put was actively reviewing on that day.. September 18 2023 they send me NOID for medical SMH. The person that have my case or other people case can be vey careless..

Have the petitioner call USCIS and ask for an update on your case and let the petitioner explain to them the hardship he/she is experiencing while waiting for their spouse to get a work permit or become legal. I did something similar to my case and got approved 3 days later.
