@BDV PUBLIC ENEMY #1 how will this be their downfall? They’ve made millions either they will settle or judge will order BDV to pay for the damages.

BDV deserved this

BDV has taken thousands of dollars from countless clients while delivering disappointment, silence, and damage instead of results. There are no credible public examples of them standing up for clients they failed. with one word they are just crooks!

why do you guys hate bdv so much. they provided a way to get the greencard and charged fees for it. how would you guys get it if it wasn't for them.

@sharmeen moona the thing Is they took more than the system can handle and they knew it. they lied to people about the processing time and people life savings went away with sponsors dropping them. BDV keeps advertising and advertising and it is only a matter of time that enough people after falling for the scam are going to cause some noise and this place won’t handle the heat. if they get convicted, they will have to pay every penny of profit they made plus damages due to the allleged business secret theft

i agree they probably took more than they could handle. but tbh i was approached with many weird people when i showed interest in their facebook group before starting the process. although i am still waiting. i am thankful for them coz without them i would not find a way to even apply. @Wating Forever keep your thoughts to yourself.

@sharmeen moona well I think I agree with you half of it but you know what? In the contract they said the fees included assistance fees and I was expecting them to REALLY help me to relocated to employer’s job location but they just me a pdf file of how to rent an apartment and how how buy a car and some sort of things that can I believe that I can Google myself to do it myself 😂 I don’t know how other agencies work but Kenny Access Group’s manager assist EB3 applicant to relocate to another states, or location physically not by using a PDF paper 📝 like BDV.

@sharmeen moona so yeah I have to say that BDV sucks and they are not smart in their services. Oh btw they used to promote the scholarships for anyone applicants that filmed themselves talking good about BDV and they will grand $2000 for the one who got chosen. I was one of them and none of us got the $2000 prize 😂

I have all emails and proofs and they keep telling me to wait until i cannot anymore they ignore my message and I gave up pursuing that scholarship prize

The funny thing is that their Senior Advisor told me recently when I contracted them about the jobs and within this recent conversation I brought back that scholarship prize topic again he told me to send him proofs and he will take a look. BUT HE DID NOT. Instead he pretended like he’s deaf and asked me to join their affiliate program and work with them to get more clients for BDV 😂 I’m like bro are you ignorant or you really that dumb? 😂😂😂I asked him another question and he gave me an offer to work with them???? Like wth???

what will happen to pending cases who applied through them?? Will it cause any trouble for approval??

@N S you never applied through them, they just helped you connect to your employer, employer filed LC, i140 and i485 filings were contracted to envoy. You just have agreement with BDV to work for a year and paid them 20k to help you connect with your employer.There is nothing more to it than that.

@La Moin what did I say is wrong/ misleading? Read the contract you signed with BDV.

@Paan Singh it's not the matter of money at this point, this hurts their reputation, how would they continue to make millions if they damaged their own reputation? There's a reason they will pay $600 for anyone who got a green card through their service if they post about a positive experience with them. They are that desperate now.

@sharmeen moona lol are you even aware of the amount of people that got their sponsors dropped their petition right after LC approval with BDV? Yes you have a smooth process but it doesn't mean others will. Just because your case doesn't have any obstacles, it makes BDV a good agency.

@N S even if BDV goes belly up, you are good interms of immigration stand point. Its just that they won’t be there to assist you if you need a new employer for a supplement j. Other than that you are good, LC, i140 is your employer petition BDV doesn’t really have a say on those and i485 is solely yours.

@sharmeen moona If BDV lies to you, takes advantage of your situation, forces you to work when it suits them but won’t bother to respons when someone wants to work, stories like these are one of the many reasons people hate bdv. BDV was never transparent, I was one of the many who knew this retrogression wasn’t like any in the past and data suggestsed the bery same.BDV blocked me and others from their page when we tried to aware folks about the same. BDV used to do their live video where they used to run away from providing solid answers and expectations about the visa situation. BDV was teh biggest player in this EB-3 visa process and didthey ever mentioned how may applications did they file in a month or a year? No, but they always released data about how many people were greened. Had they released the information ,potential applicants could have been better aware about how long this process might be . The prime reason people hate bdv is because BDV lied to them, took them for granted knowing that most people would rather suffer and can’t take an action against them. I referred 6-7 of my friends to BDV and BDV forced them to come to work even when it’s not required to work and is optional. In a different story, 2 guys had an interview coming up and they askd BDV to help them start working but BDV was like” You don’t need to have a job and an offer letter should be fine” . Not everyone has been lucky and those whose cases have been neglected who been lied and treated bad why shouldn’t they hate him. Also, BDV didn’t provide a way to be greened but US government does that. So lets say if you want are going to Alaska on a crusie ship , you pay a heavy eum for it and lured under promises of better services and transparency than others players but your experience isn’t the same what they promised. won’t you complain? Ig you won’t

@deb guj I saw threats BDV employee Brooke sent out to their clients.They were some insane threats and gaslighting. Borderline human trafficking.

@Paan Singh I am aware of that practice and as I mentioned earlier, BDV is aware that most if the applicants in US are already in a tight space and they take advantage of thT situation to treat them the way they do. Some folks do praise BDV as god coz for them it provides a pathway gor their whole family to immigrate to US and work maximum one year but there are stories about those who were sent to work against their wishes and then laid off work and acc to BDVs policy they should have transferred them to a new position but they don’t.

ok I’m a BDV client and they never lie to me. I payed because I wanted and I had nothing to complain. the only bad thing is the waiting but isn’t their fault
