Case approved after almost 6 months of RFE received, almost 1 month after I130 approved.
I did resend my medical when I got the dubious email about missing medical though I did have submitted by the time. It seems like that worked for my case as the process resumed after they got it for the second time.
Hope everyone will get the decision soon. this FO is the worst but something is worth looking out for after this painful waiting
