what was ur rfe about and why this long?
Bandia PaulJan 28, 2022
Thank you everyone. My RFE was about financial sponsor, I had more than what they required but they wanted a sponsor. Not sure why the wait was so long, interview was ok, no red flags. I had an enquiry after 120 days and also put in an Ombudsman enquiry. Not sure if that's the reason for the response but I am glad it's over.

thank you! how did you submit the ambudsman request? on the USCIS website or there is a different way? is it free?
Bandia PaulJan 30, 2022
I had my lawyer do it. Yes, it's free. It's on the USCIS website.
