You are in california asc??? they are taking the longest. 1-821d you mean??? Someone in my fam is in nsc and sent the app in july 12 i think.... and bios will take place mid oct.

you should have 2 notices with a number. since you are in cali idk if your numbers start with IOE... anyways go to the uscis page and where it says check case status type the # and it should say where you are at right now. i think the # that belongs to your i-765 notice is the one that will tell you about your bios

Yes I received both notices but they don’t really say much and when I check the status online that’s all it says

the i-765 # will tell you about your biometrics being scheduled. if it doesnt say that then you gotta keep waiting unfortunately 😔😔😔😔 im soooo sorry. as far as i know cali is taking foreverrrr to process these kind of apps

this fam member got bios scheduled 2 months after filing but uscis messed up and added 1 month for bios. it sucks for this person.... i hope you get your bios scheduled sooner rather than later. good luck!

something similar is happening to me. but my bios were delayed because of tropical storm nicholas. my asc was closed the day of my scheduled bios now i gotta wait 3-4 weeks (diff case)... natural disasters do happen but can ruin everything at the same time. and you're welcome ☺️
