October 2025 (FY2026) will move forward a lot. Big advances will happen in October 2025 in my opinion.

At least it didn’t retrogress again 😅

@Lily C yeahh, no Retrogress
deb gujApr 11, 2025
Last year 7600 out of 10000 visas were given, at this rate they wouldn’t finish more than 7000 by october .

@deb guj do you have any link to prove this?

Not getting any approval notices, so looks like it’s slowing down even your PD is current
Waiting EB3 UnskilledApr 14, 2025
@Mk Asif how you know that? maybe they were approved but not posted or used Lawfully!
deb gujApr 14, 2025
@Xi Yhuan I don’t need to prove myself but if you have doubts , you could search for released datas from Uscis website. they have the details of no of visas issued every year for each category from 2015-2024 .
La MoinApr 14, 2025
@deb guj Thank you Lord Deb So those numbers you see are just AOS numbers. Doesn't tell the full story There's no way to know the total numbers allocated in a year because only USCIS declares theirs. To point out that what you stated ain't true By September 2024, DOS/USCIS released joint press that ALL Employment based visa available have been exhausted. If you also read yearly review by department of state,, you would see that atleast for 2023 and 2024... all employment based visas available were exhausted... completely!

And this is the sams thing we point out to everyone who thinks illegal immigrants are responsible for their woes The problem of employment based category is the visa allocation, IT IS NOT ENOUGH Too many people have applied Thanks especially to companies like BDV for the woes of EB3 unskilled.
deb gujApr 14, 2025
Sure,Xi Wuhan. I have no where mentioned about illegal immigants and just quoted what USCIS released on its website. Maybe we including USCIS is wrong and youre the only one with the right number. I trust the data from the government but it seems like you have trust issues maybe something that is coming from your home country. Anyway, the fact is that uscis didn’t process all of the 10000 cards allocated for unskilled visas, and let me tell you that no of applicants is not the same as no of visas issued. The retrogression in this category is due to heavy no of foreign applicants who already have kids that result in atleast 3-4 visas for a single applicant. Also, majority of the people who start out with this type of application get married while waiting and that also has an impact on visas availability as more visas are given than the no of applicants.

@deb guj You are coming to the same conclusion The visa allocation isn't enough! Visas are being used to the max, there are too many people outside the country with kids and spouse. Agents like BDV are very active outside the country bringing people in. We cannot fault anyone for looking for greener pasture and better future for their family But the visa allocation is outdated and way too little and need expansion. I brought the issue of illegal immigration in just as a reference
