any one with August 2022 priority date got an approval or rfe on the pending i-485. trying to get a sense of what months are currently being processed for eb1c India.

you can’t predict the month of processing . Folks with Jan’23 PD are getting approved while June /July PD or even folks with PD before that are still waiting

i have seen consistent approvals of Aug 2022 onwards happening in last 6-8 weeks. mine was Nov 22 just got approved earlier today. sorry to hear that even earlier ones are waiting. I think you should try some ways of follow up. I am not sure of the ways to do that but some people say that helps. best of luck
